* Until 645 AM CST.

* At 351 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Three to five inches of rain 
  have fallen and additional heavy rainfall is expected over the 
  next few hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Vinton, Starks, Lunita and Edgerly.
