  flooding have been received from Southeast Texas.  

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Port Arthur, Orange, Nederland, Groves, Port Neches, Bridge City,
  West Orange, Vinton, Central Gardens, Port Acres, Orangefield, La
  Belle and Southeast Texas Regional Airport.
