In addition to heavy rainfall from Sunday evening, radar estimates up to two inches of rain have fallen this morning. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation Area, Sarben, Coker, O'Fallons, Nevens and Broganville.
