The National Weather Service in SAN JUAN has issued a High Rip Current Risk, which is in effect from 6 AM AST Sunday through Sunday afternoon. * LOCATION...North facing beaches of Puerto Rico and Culebra. * TIMING...6 AM AST Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Life threatening currents that can carry even the best swimmers out to sea.
