Although seas will continue to relax this afternoon and evening, 
hazardous seas will keep the risk of rip currents high along 
exposed beaches of the northeast, north central and northwest 
coasts of Puerto Rico, as well as the eastern coast of Saint 
Croix. Most areas will have only a moderate risk by 9 PM AST.

Current Risk, which is in effect until 9 PM AST this evening. 

* LOCATION...Culebrita.

* TIMING...Until 9 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Strong currents that can carry away even the best of 
  swimmers. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

There is a high risk of rip currents.

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.
