* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Lares Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  San Sebastian Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Isabela Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Quebradillas Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 630 PM AST

* At 326 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling across 
  the warned area. The U.S.G.S River sensors indicated that the 
  Guajataca River at Lares is near flood stage and it continues to 
  rise. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly across portions 
  along the Guajataca River and its tributaries.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

QUEBRADILLAS MUNICIPALITIES WILL EXPIRE AT 630 PM AST...

The heavy rain has ended across the warned area, in addition, the 
U.S.G.S. Guajataca River sensor at Lares indicates that the river 
has returned to its normal level. Therefore, the Flash Flood Warning 
has been allowed to expire at 6:30 PM AST.
