* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Rio Grande Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Fajardo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Naguabo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Luquillo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Canovanas Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Ceiba Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 915 AM AST

* At 619 AM AST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned areas. Up to 
  two inches of rain has all already fallen. Additional heavy rain 
  is expected over the warned areas. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly especially in and along Rio Mameyes, Rio Espiritu 
  Santo and their tributaries due to excessive runoff.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Fajardo, Canovanas, Loiza, Ceiba, Luquillo, Rio Grande, Campo Rico,
  Roosevelt Roads, Aguas Claras, Santa Barbara, Luis M. Cintron,
  Ramos, Hato Candal, San Isidro, La Dolores, Playa Fortuna, Duque,
  Bartolo, Palmer and Benitez.

Additional rainfall amounts of one inches can be expected in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

LUQUILLO...CANOVANAS AND CEIBA MUNICIPALITIES IS CANCELLED...

The heavy rain has ended. Recent river sensors and local emergency 
managers indicated that flood waters continue to recede. Flash 
Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat at this time. Please 
continue to heed to any remaining road closures and allow time for 
rivers and streams to return to normal levels during the next few 
hours.
