  was located over Poplar Creek, or 12 miles southeast of Winona,
  moving northwest at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located near Winona, moving northwest at 25 mph.
