* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Ashley County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 839 AM CDT, the public reported flooding in Crossett from 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 
  two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crossett, Hamburg, Wilmot, North Crossett, West Crossett, Parkdale,
  Fountain Hill, Old Milo, Berlin and Blanchton.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area over the next few hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
