  Northern Chicot County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 500 PM CST

* At 1258 PM CST, emergency management reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. 2-4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. Many secondary roads in the northern portion of the 
  county are flooded.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lake Village, Dermott and Mcmillan Corner. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
