* At 1039 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lauderdale, Meridian, Quitman, Marion, Stonewall, Zero, Paulding,
  Increase, Toomsuba, Savoy, Orange, Kewanee, Snell, Barnett,
  Nellieburg, Sable, Alamucha, Middleton, Sykes and Pachuta.
