The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana  has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Allen County in northeastern Indiana...
  Southwestern Paulding County in west central Ohio...

* Until 315 AM EDT.

* At 1112 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates that between 2 
  and 3 inches of rain has fallen this evening across far east 
  central Allen County Indiana into far western Paulding County with 
  locally higher amounts. An additional inch of rain is possible 
  through midnight EDT. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mcgill, Tillman, Edgerton In Allen County, Townley, Zulu and
  Maples.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

PAULDING COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

Rain showers have diminished across northeast Indiana. Some standing 
water on roadways is possible through 4 AM EDT, but the potential of 
flash flooding has diminished. Therefore, the flash flood warning 
has been cancelled. Additional showers and thunderstorms are 
expected later this morning into this afternoon that could pose a 
threat of additional heavy rainfall.
