already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Coldwater, Angola, Lagrange, Bronson, Fremont, Quincy, Union City,
Ray, Girard, Scott, Kinderhook, Batavia, California, Gilead,
