ILZ066>068-071>073-190000- /O.NEW.KILX.WI.Y.0001.180418T1800Z-180419T0000Z/ Effingham-Jasper-Crawford-Clay-Richland-Lawrence- Including the cities of Effingham, Newton, Robinson, Flora, Olney, and Lawrenceville 1055 AM CDT Wed Apr 18 2018 ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING... The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening. * TIMING...The strongest winds in southeast Illinois are expected between 2 PM and 6 PM. * WINDS...West winds will gust from 40 to 45 mph this afternoon, before diminishing a bit toward sunset. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles on east west oriented roads.
