over the region through the evening hours. This warning replaces
and extends a previous warning issued for parts of the area.

over the warned area. At 450 PM, the Mount Pulaski NWS observer
reported 3.49 inches of rainfall since this morning. More rain is
expected. Flash flooding will continue to be possible.
