  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Danville, Rantoul, Rossville, Thomasboro, Gifford, Potomac,
  Bismarck, Ludlow, Henning, Collison, Dewey, Vermilion County
  Airport, Flatville, Middle Fork Wildlife Area, Armstrong, Alvin and
  Penfield.
