  Southeastern Mecosta County in central Michigan...

* Until 830 PM EDT.
    
* At 752 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Lakeview, or 17 miles southeast of Big Rapids,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Sylvester around 800 PM EDT.
  Mecosta around 805 PM EDT.

SOUTHEASTERN MECOSTA COUNTY...
    
At 813 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles northeast of Lakeview, or 14 miles north of
Stanton, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Mecosta County.
