* At 712 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Chinle, Del Muerto, Canyon De Chelly National Monument, Many Farms
  Lake, Many Farms, Tsaile and Lukachukai.
