  Banks County in northeastern Georgia...
  Northeastern Jackson County in northeastern Georgia...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 331 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Homer, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Commerce, Homer, Maysville, Pinefield Crossroads and Banks
  Crossing.
