* Until 315 AM EDT.

* At 1212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to four inches of rain, 
  with locally higher amounts, have fallen in the past 3 hours. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch is possible. Flash 
  flooding is expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Covington, Oxford, Porterdale, Ola, Almon, Oak Hill, Rocky Plains
  and Magnet.
