  Southwestern Floyd County in northwestern Georgia...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 434 PM EDT, emergency management reported continued high water 
  across portions of Cave Spring and surrounding areas. Up to two 
  inches of rain have already fallen. Although no imminent 
  additional heavy rain is expected, flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cave Spring.
