However, southerly winds will increase with sustained wind speeds of 15 to 25 mph and gusts to 35 mph. Humidities will fall into the teens this afternoon into early evening. As a result, critical fire weather conditions are expected and have issued a Red Flag Warning for areas generally along and west of US Highway 83.
