Southwestern Medina County in south central Texas... Southeastern Uvalde County in south central Texas... * Until 930 AM CDT * At 632 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Based on radar estimates and the USGS river gauge along the Sabinal river three to four inches of rain have already fallen. Rain fall rates of two to three inches per hour are being produced by the nearly stationary storms. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sabinal. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
