Southern Bexar County in south central Texas... * Until 1130 PM CDT * At 830 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, Stinson Municipal Airport, St. Hedwig, Elmendorf, China Grove, Lackland AFB, Sandy Oaks, Von Ormy, Buena Vista, Martinez, Mitchell Lake, Losoya, Southton, Sayers, Thelma, Brooks City Base and Braunig Lake.
