* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southeastern Val Verde County in south central Texas...
* Until 330 PM CDT
* At 1236 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. 1 to 3 inches of rain has
already fallen within the last hour to 90 minutes across portions
of southeastern Val Verde County in the Del Rio to Lake View area.
An additional 1 to 3 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts
exceeding 3 inches, is possible as showers and thunderstorms
continue to redevelop and train across the warned area. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY...
Flash flooding is ongoing across the warning area, mainly in and
around the city of Del Rio. There have been multiple reports of
water over roadways including a couple of high water rescues along
Highway 90 in Del Rio. 2 to 4 inches of rain has already fallen
across the area. While the heavier rain from earlier has moved to
the east, showers continue to produce light to moderate rain.
Additionally, heavier showers and thunderstorms are currently
ongoing across the Rio Grande in Mexico which are moving toward the
Del Rio area. Any additional rainfall will further exacerbate flash
flooding issues. Remember, if you encounter flooded roadways, turn
around don't drown.
