The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect until 5 AM PDT Wednesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Elevations above 2000 feet for fire weather zones 201, 203, 204, and 211. * WIND...East winds 10 mph gusting to 25 mph. * HUMIDITY...Minimum RH values 5 to 15 percent with poor overnight recovery. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
