Poor RH Recoveries are expected tonight and the winds will remain elevated. This will mainly be over the higher terrain, above 1500 feet. Monday afternoon low RH and breezy conditions will continue with poor recoveries again Monday night. The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to 6 AM PDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 203 and 204 mainly above 1500 feet. * WIND...Northeast at 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph above 1500 feet. * HUMIDITY...Recoveries tonight above 1500 feet will only be around 30 to 40 percent. The National Weather Service in Eureka has cancelled the Red Flag Warning. The Red Flag Warning for the Upper Smith-Lower Klamath Zones has been cancelled as relative humidity has been high and wind speeds have been low. Northeast winds are still locally gusty at elevations above 4500 ft but can be better handled by a headline.
