warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dubuque, Independence, Manchester, Asbury, Dyersville, Jesup,
Cascade, Epworth, East Dubuque, Farley, Peosta, Fairbank, Edgewood,
Winthrop, Hazleton, Earlville, Hopkinton, Quasqueton, Lamont and
Delhi.
Additional rainfall amounts of half to one inch are possible in the
warned area.
This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 49 and 55.

The heavy rain has ended. Flash Flooding with rapidly rising water
is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any
remaining road closures. In addition, many area streams are flooded,
an will remain out of their banks through morning. An Areal Flood
Warning is now in effect for much of eastern Delaware County and
Dubuque County through Tuesday evening.
