Southwestern Rock Island County in northwestern Illinois... * Until 645 AM CDT Saturday. * At 1241 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a nearly stationary thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Andalusia, Reynolds, Taylor Ridge, Edgington, Loud Thunder Forest Preserve and Loud Thunder Scout Camp. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
