* At 657 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Burlington, Oquawka, West Burlington, Danville, Stronghurst,
Middletown, Carman, Biggsville, Gladstone, Gulf Port, Iowa Army
Ammunition Plant, Media, Shokokon, Spring Grove, Sperry, Big Hollow
