The National Weather Service in Des Moines  has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Tama County in central Iowa...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 457 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Clutier, or 13 
  miles northeast of Toledo, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Emergency Management confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* The tornado will be near...
  Dysart around 510 PM CDT.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN TAMA COUNTY...
    
At 505 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located near Dysart, or 17 miles west of Vinton, moving 
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Tama County, including the following locations... Tf
Clark State Park.
