* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 545 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Guthrie Center, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Guthrie Center around 550 PM CDT. 
  Panora and Lake Panorama around 600 PM CDT.

NORTHEASTERN GUTHRIE AND NORTHWESTERN DALLAS COUNTIES...
    
At 600 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Lake Panorama, or near Guthrie Center, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Guthrie and northwestern Dallas Counties, including the
following locations: Yale, Dawson, Jamaica and Lakin Slough Game
Management Area.

DALLAS COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 615 PM CDT...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty winds
are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
central and west central Iowa.
