URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Des Moines IA
1249 AM CDT Sun Apr 15 2018

...Blizzard Conditions Possible Through Tonight Across Northern
Iowa...

.A powerful winter storm will continue to impact portions of the
state tonight and into Sunday morning. Snowfall will continue to
expand over western and central Iowa overnight and slowly track
east. Generally 1 to 3 inches of additional snowfall accumulation
is expected by Sunday morning as far south as Interstate 80.
Strong winds will restrict visibility, especially in north
central Iowa where blizzard conditions remain possible through
early Sunday morning due to the combination of moderate snowfall
and strong northerly winds.
