  Northwestern Rush County in central Kansas...

* Until 300 AM CDT

* At 903 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimated two to four 
  inches of rain have already fallen. Another one to three inches 
  will be possible. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  McCracken, Liebenthal, Brownell and Hargrave.

NORTHEASTERN NESS AND NORTHWESTERN RUSH COUNTIES...

At 1026 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain slowly exiting the warned area. Radar estimated between 
four and six inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is expected 
to begin shortly.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McCracken, Liebenthal, Brownell and Hargrave. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
