At 720 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Douglas, moving east at 35 mph. Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... Douglas. This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 140 and 144. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
