  Fire weather zone 309. 

* WIND...15 TO 20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH today, and 25 TO 30
  MPH with gusts to 45 MPH for Thursday afternoon and evening. 
  Friday could see winds 15 to 25 MPH with gusts to 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...10 to 18 percent in the afternoon and evening.
  Humidities lowering into the single digits Thursday afternoon.
  Friday will see an increase in humidity values to around 20 to 
  23 percent.
