* At 725 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
torrential rain across eastern Fulton County near McConnellsburg
and Needmore. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Big Cove Tannery, McConnellsburg, Needmore, Warfordsburg and
Harrisonville.
The Tonoloway Creek and Big Cover Creek are most likely to
experience flooding.
Additional rainfall amounts of an inch or more are possible south of
McConnellsburg.

SOUTHEASTERN FULTON COUNTY...
At 827 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
McConnellsburg. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen over
eastern Fulton County.
The rain is moving to the south and is to the south of
McConnellsburg and should continue moving to the south. The rain may
end before 9 PM EDT in Warfordsburg. However, additional rain may
generate flooding in new locations. Generally less than another inch
is expected to fall across far southern Fulton County through 10 PM
EDT.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Big Cove Tannery, McConnellsburg, Needmore, Warfordsburg and
Harrisonville. The most likely streams to experience flooding
include Big Cove Run, Licking Creek, and Tonoloway Creek.

At 920 PM EDT, streams and creeks continue to run high in Fulton
County. However, some streams are already receding from the rapid
rises that occurred earlier this evening. Flooding is expected to
continue through 1030 PM EDT. But, little to no additional rain is
expected over the warned area. That should keep any new flooding
from occurring.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Big Cove Tannery, McConnellsburg, Needmore, Warfordsburg and
Harrisonville.
