* Until 615 AM EDT Wednesday
* At 1214 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Two to locally three inches of
rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly. An additional 1 to 2 inches is possible.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Elmore, Catawba Island and Marblehead.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

OTTAWA COUNTY...
At 229 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported several road closures
due to flooding from Oak Harbor to Port Clinton. Little to no
additional rainfall is expected early this morning, however up to
three inches of rain have already fallen across the warning area.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Elmore, Catawba Island and Marblehead.

The heavy rain has ended and little to no additional rainfall is
expected this morning. Some roads remain closed in the Port Clinton
