* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Ashtabula County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 915 PM EDT

* At 516 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. These torrential rains combined 
  with earlier storms will lead to rapid runoff. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Ashtabula, Conneaut, Geneva, Orwell, Andover, Austinburg,
  Hartsgrove, Roaming Shores, Pierpont, Cherry Valley, Rock Creek,
  Plymouth Center, Kelloggsville and Edgewood.
