The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Trumbull County in northeastern Ohio...
  Northeastern Mahoning County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 330 AM EDT.

* At 1130 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
  flooding is expected to begin shortly along Crab Creek. Portions 
  of Andrews Avenue may flood with businesses and industries along 
  it inundated.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Youngstown, Campbell and Maplewood Park. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 AM EDT FOR
SOUTHERN TRUMBULL AND NORTHEASTERN MAHONING COUNTIES...

At 1 AM EDT, Doppler radar continued to show moderate rain across 
the Youngstown area. Also automated gauges now show that crab creek 
has reached levels that cause flooding of businesses along portions 
of Andrews Ave.  Rain will continue for several more hours resulting 
in continued flooding along Crab Creek.  Creek levels will begin 
falling later tonight as rainfall intensity decreases.

Youngstown, Campbell and Maplewood Park.
