...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL ERIE... 
NIAGARA AND ORLEANS COUNTIES...

At 405 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered over Pendleton, 
or near Lockport, moving northeast at 5 mph. These storms are 
producing torrential rainfall and may cause localized flooding. Do 
not drive your vehicle through any flooded roadways. 

Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, North Tonawanda, Lockport, Kenmore, Tonawanda, Amherst,
Medina, Albion, Hamlin Beach State Park and Grand Island.
