  Southern Chautauqua County in western New York...

* Until 500 PM EDT..

* At 407 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wattsburg, or
  15 miles southeast of Erie, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Jamestown, Westfield, Lakewood, Falconer, Mayville, Clymer, Long

FOR SOUTHERN CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY...

At 435 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Findley Lake,
or 21 miles east of Erie, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

If on or near Chautauqua Lake, get away from the water and move 
indoors or inside a vehicle. remember, lightning can strike out to 
15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you 
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter 
now!  Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
