.As pressure gradient tightens across the adjacent Gulf waters of
Deep South Texas, southeast winds and seas will increase this 
afternoon and evening ahead of an approaching cold front. 
Additional advisories may be needed by Saturday afternoon as winds
and seas increase behind the cold front.

Craft Advisory for winds, which is in effect until 1 AM CDT
Saturday. 

* WINDS...Southeast around 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for wind means that wind speeds of 20 to
33 knots are expected. Inexperienced mariners...especially those
operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.

Craft Advisory, which is in effect until 7 AM CDT Saturday. 

* WINDS...Southeast at around 20 knots. 

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 5 to 7 feet with occasional sea up to 8 feet.
 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

.Buoy observations indicate winds and seas are below Small Craft
Advisory levels. Winds will continue to weaken overnight ahead of 
an approaching cold front. Additional advisories will be needed 
on Saturday as winds and seas increase behind the cold front.
Mariners should monitor the latest forecast of the rapidly
changing conditions expected on Saturday.
