  Southwestern Barnstable County in southeastern Massachusetts...

* Until 1045 AM EDT.
    
* At 1006 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Falmouth, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.  Woods Hole Passage reported a 
           65 mph wind gust at 958 am.  We had a confirmed 
           waterspout at 950 am south of Woods Hole.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Mashpee around 1015 AM EDT.
  Sandwich and Bourne around 1020 AM EDT.
