* At 1004 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Up to 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Plainfield, Killingly, Griswold, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Lisbon,
  Sterling, Voluntown and Jewett City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
