* Until 345 AM EST
* At 1242 AM EST, an ice jam along the Westfield River was causing a
rapid rise in water level in Westfield, near Springfield Road in
the Frogs Hole area. Those in low lying sections along the river
through Westfield should take action to protect materials that are
in flood prone areas at stages around 13.50 feet. Localized
flooding in the Frogs Hole area is expected.
