* At 800 AM CDT, heavy rains from Subtropical Depression Alberto 
  were producing rainfall amounts from gauge locations of over 3 
  inches in several locations over the past three hours. Flash 
  flooding is likely over at least the next couple of hours as rain 
  bands continue to pivot over the same areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Tuscaloosa, Northport, Clanton, Brent, Marion, Centreville,
  Jemison, Greensboro, Holt, Moundville, Thorsby, Lake View,
  Brookwood, Coaling, Vance, Woodstock, West Blocton, Coker,
  Maplesville and Akron.
