* At 1006 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain 
  have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Talladega, Pell City, Lincoln, Logan Martin Lake, Talladega
  Superspeedway, Honda Manufacturing Of Alabama, Coosa Island,
  Talladega Municipal Airport, Country Club Estates, St. Clair County
  Airport, Chula Vista, Eastaboga, Jackson Shoals, Cropwell and
  Howells Cove.
