Sustained winds near 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph are expected across the far southwest. Elsewhere, sustained winds of 20-25 mph, with gusts to 35 mph are expected across much of the northwest and central generally west of North Dakota Highway 3. Relative humidity will fall this afternoon to around 20 percent. High temperatures in the mid 60s to near 70 are forecast under full sunshine.
