* Until 845 AM CDT
* At 341 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mondovi, Osseo, Strum, Modena, Eleva, Gilmanton, Nelson, Maxville,
Chimney Rock, Mondovi Airfield, Misha Mokwa, Elk Creek, County
Roads F And K K, The Big Swamp Area, The Borst Valley Area, Highway
53 And County E, Urne and Lookout.
Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.

At 423 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the
Gilmanton area. Mudslides have been reported along highway 37 and
water was reported over Highway 88.
Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain. The mud slide can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.

was reported over County Road D near Strum.
